A graphic designer by profession, Ankita did her graduation in Graphic Design from NID, Ahmedabad and masters in Visual Communication from IIT, Bombay. Other than her professional commitments, she spends her time travelling through the uncharted. She is an avid nature lover and a budding ornithologist. Ankita is also co-author of Brahmi: Rediscovering the lost script (2016). For “The magic of Mandu: Suhur-e-Shaadiabad,” Ankita contributed handsomely for development of architectural reconstructions, study of design elements, and visualization of scenarios for illustrations. She has also co-authored chapter titled – Metropolis of Mandu – with a detailed analysis of Nimatnama.
