Ankita Roy is a graphic designer at heart who strives to document India’s immense artistic, cultural and natural heritage into visually engrossing books. An alumnus of NID Ahmedabad and IIT Bombay, Ms. Roy currently teaches at IIT Hyderabad in department of Design. During her decade long research & industrial exposure, Ms. Roy has developed diverse Interest in areas of – Publication Design, Paper Engineering, Typography & Ancient Scripts, Tessellation & Geometry, Square Kufic Calligraphy, Experiential & Multisensory Design, UX UI, and Data Visualization. Her published work “Brahmi -Rediscovering the Lost Script” has been cataloged at prestigious libraries in India and the world over.
